Draft refund terms that will apply once paid features are introduced. No payments are taken today.

Status
Hire Zimbabwe does not currently charge for any feature. Posting a vacancy, applying for a job and creating a profile are free. This policy is published in draft so that it can be reviewed before any paid feature is launched.
Draft principles
Fees would be quoted in advance, inclusive of any applicable tax, before payment is taken.
An unused promotional placement cancelled before it goes live would be refundable in full.
A placement already displayed would be refunded on a pro-rata basis where we have failed to deliver the advertised service.
Fees for a vacancy removed for breaching our terms would not be refunded.
Refunds would be returned by the same method used for payment.
Before launch
Pricing, taxation, invoicing, consumer protection obligations and dispute handling must all be confirmed with professional advisers before this policy takes effect.
