Privacy Policy

Account information such as your name, email address, phone number and province. For employers we also collect company name, contact person, company size and industry.

Profile and application information such as your headline, work history, education, skills, CV, cover letters and answers to employer screening questions.

Technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and to improve it.

To operate your account, display your profile to the employers you choose to apply to, deliver job alerts and notifications you have asked for, verify employers, investigate reports of fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Employers receive the information contained in an application you submit to them. Your CV is stored privately and is not browsable by the public.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our instructions only.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users from harm.

We keep account data while your account is open, and retain application records for a period afterwards so employers and candidates have a reliable record of applications made.

We apply access controls, encrypted connections and role-based permissions. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

You can edit or delete most profile information from your dashboard, control profile visibility and notification preferences in Settings, download a copy of your data, and request account deletion.

Where the Data Protection Act of Zimbabwe applies, you may have rights of access, correction and objection. Contact us to exercise them.
